Measure one or two cups of cooked chicken and place in freezer bags.
Date them and set in your freezer until ready to use!

Next, spray them with coconut oil or butter spray and lightly sprinkle mineral salt on the tops.
Finally, place pieces of tortilla wrap on a paper towel or paper plate in the microwave for thirty seconds.
Depending on the size of your chip, you may have to microwave them for a bit longer.
The end product will be crunchy and delicious like a chip!

If you are lucky to have any leftovers, you can store it in any airtight container in your refrigerator.

1/2 cup sugar free BBQ sauce (see notes)
1 cup cooked chicken, cut in tiny pieces or shredded
1 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese (or your favourite cheese)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and BBQ sauce until combined.
Add chicken and cheese then stir well.
Spoon mixture into pie dish.
Drizzle top with extra BBQ sauce and shredded cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.
